Beautiful building and rooms with a bed. Magnificent, favourable location in a quiet neighborhood off Duval St. Right by Mallory square and the historic boat harbor, and the main centre of the town.

Loved to spend 3 days in our compact a double room with private bath and a Great Breakfast, for example. Also, location was ideal and handy, at walking distance from a shopping mall.

Loved my WONDERFUL stay for a weekend getaway with the hubby. The location was perfect and particularly good because it was very close to Mallory square and the historic boat harbor, the centre of town and all the tourist places.

We visited the beach and enjoyed the live music at the festival. The location is right near everything. Just a heads up, parking can be tricky, so try to arrive early. I recommend grabbing beach towels at the front desk for a fun day out!
We did experience a loud neighbor one night, quite disruptive. It wasn't ideal but thankfully it was just a temporary issue.

Rooms are compact but well-utilized, with luggage fitting conveniently under the bed. The location is a major highlight, just a short stroll from major attractions. Staying at Caribbean House in Key West was good! The charming atmosphere and clean, cozy room made for a wonderful escape. Enjoyed free mimosas at breakfast. A little noise from neighbors was a minor hiccup. Highly recommend for a charming stay!

The location is a perfect base for exploring Key West. We enjoyed the charming breakfast area with fresh fruits and pastries each morning. The private entrance to our room made it very convenient for our family to come and go freely.
My wife says that a shaded play area for kids would be great.
